Payment & Conditions 

- Cash on delivery: Available only in Shanghai (Fee = 20RMB)

- Bank Transfer: Client will receive the bank details upon order confirmation

If the VAT Fapiao is required, please provide the Chinese Company information in the dedicated box “VAT Fapiao”, upon account registration.

Please ensure you provide a correct delivery address & phone number when confirming your order, so our team can contact you if needed. Rest assured we will not disclosed your information to third party.

Upon receiving the delivery, please verify the contents and the quality of your order prior to signing. Only under exceptional circumstances should you entrust the verification of your order to a third party. Products which have been opened or damaged in any way after having been signed for cannot be returned unless they have quality issues.
For health and safety reasons, unwanted products cannot be returned after signing unless they have quality issues.
