illy’s blend is roasted in two different ways:
• dark, for those preferring “ristretto” coffee, with a strong taste;
• medium, for those preferring regular or long coffee, with an intense but delicate taste. It includes decaffeinated espresso, long espresso and long espresso decaffeinated.
